The branches are a very important part of a freight forwarding company, that is why you can see it inside Parnity, and understand which offices are head offices, and which ones are branches.

01. Search

To understand if the company you are viewing on the search is a Head Office or a Branch Office, you just have to check below the company name.

How to access this page:

Step 1 - Click on the search bar in “Find New Forwarders”

Step 2 - Write the country or city you are looking for a freight forwarder and press Enter on your computer keyboard

Step 3 - You will have access to the search results with the Head Office or Branches information

02. Company Profile

Inside the Company Profile (either your company profile or another's company profile), you will be able to check the branches below the head office information.

How to access this page:

Your company profile

Step 1 - Click on “Edit MyProfile” on the "Home" page

Step 2 - You will be able to check your company complete information, including branches registered

Other companies profile

Step 1 - Click on the search bar in “Find New Forwarders” in the "Home" by the right side

Step 2 - Write the country or city you are looking for a freight forwarder and press Enter on your computer keyboard

Step 3 - Click on any search results with branches information

Step 4 - You will be able to see the branches' information below the head office information.

Pro tip: add all your branch offices to make sure your company is on the results of all locations you are able to offer a service.

03. Branch Key Contacts

03.01. Your personal profile

To add to your contact information that you respond to a branch or head office, you have to go inside your contact, and in the field "Contact Location", you add the registered branches that you answer to.

How to access this page:

Step 1 - Click on the "Header" in the right side of the page

Step 2 - Click on “Account Settings”

Step 3 - click on “MyProfile”

Step 4 - Add the location into "Contact location"

03.02. Other Key Contacts

To add to your company co-workers contact information that they respond to a specific branch, you have to go inside the contact, and in the field "Contact Location", you add the registered branches that they answer to.

How to access this page:

Step 1 - Click on "My Company" on the menu on the left side of the page

Step 2 - Scroll down to the "Key Contacts" session

Step 3 - Select the user you wish to edit the location by clicking on the pencil on the top of the user card

Step 4 - Add the location into "Contact Location"

04. MyNetwork

When you go to MyNetwork, you will see all your partners in “My Partners List”, on the right side of your partner's card you will find a “...” clicking on it you will be able to “View public profile” of that partner. Once you are into his public profile you will be able to find all of his branches under the “Head Office”.

How to access this page:

Step 1 - Click on “MyNetwork” on the menu on the left side of the page or in the “Home”

Step 2 - Click on “...”

Step 3 - Click on “View public profile”

Step 4 - Scroll down the page and you will be able to see all branches locations os that specific partner

04.02. Partnership Overview

Inside each partner, we have the Partnership Overview, where you can check all details about your partnership with that specific partner. You will be able to see the Head Office location and a number beside it (this number represents the number of branches in other countries or cities that the company has). If you pass the mouse above the number, you will be able to see your partner branches.

How to access this page:

Step 1 - Click on "MyNetwork" on the menu on the left side of the page or in the “Home”

Step 2 - Choose a partner and click on “Overview” on the right side of the card

Step 3 - Pass the mouse above the number that appears beside the first location (head office location)

Step 4 - You will be able to see all branches locations of that specific partner
